About This Magazine

Gentleman's Yoga started as a name for something we couldn't quite articulate — the practice of paying attention to how you live. Not in a performative way. In a practical one.

The "yoga" isn't just about movement (though we cover that too). It's the older meaning: discipline, practice, the work of becoming a better version of yourself. We write about the books, tools, habits, and ideas that help with that work.

What we write about

Our content covers a few areas that matter to us — and we think might matter to you:

  • Books — reviews and reflections on the reads that shape how we think, from spirituality and philosophy to productivity and memoir
  • Gear — honest recommendations on the tools, tech, and everyday objects worth owning
  • Family — the real stuff about fatherhood, partnership, and being present at home
  • Mind & Body — meditation, routines, movement, and the inner work
  • Routines — practical systems for mornings, focus, and getting things done

The approach

We write like we'd talk to a friend. No listicle energy. No hustle culture. Just considered thinking about the things that help us live better — with enough honesty to admit when something doesn't work.
